For those of you interested in my list of Feel Goods as I mentioned in my previous post, here are some of them:
- Going outside
- Any type of exercise until I’m exhausted and can’t move
- Drawing, painting, etc.
- Listening to really loud music (earbuds)
- Dancing
- Watching cat videos on YouTube
- Screaming into a pillow
- Punching said pillow
- Taking a hot shower
- Chugging ice cold water
- Watching a funny movie (like Bridesmaids)
- Playing with my animals
- Cooking/eating
- Cleaning
- Going to the beach
I’ll continue to add more as I think of them. I used to have a list written down, but I can’t find it. Hope this helps someone, if so, let me know! (That rhymed!)
